RANDWULF SCHOOL OF THE PERFORMING ARTS
"Randwulf School of the Performing Arts" is a dance school, and a music school, with a shared performance theater between them.  The dance school  has its own entrance lobby/lounge, 8 studios, 5 observation lofts, a dressing room with 10 changing rooms, a green room/lounge, 8 offices, a 40 person break room with complete kitchen, and ample storage rooms.  The music school has 2 large studios for full symphony/choir rehearsals, 3 smaller studios for sectionals or small group rehearsals, and 10 private lesson/practice rooms.  The theater has a grand entry foyer, a 500 seat house, a scene shop, and a state-of-the-art control room.
