CASA BELLA
Love this house!  Opulent, but not stuffy.  Colorful, but not clowny.  There are three bedrooms in the main house, and a fourth as part of a complete guest apartment - all with direct access to the inner courtyard.  Check out the handy catering kitchen by the outdoor kitchen/dining, so you don't have to trek all the way to the main kitchen for supplies or cleanup.  There's obviously an upstairs office loft over the entry, likely with a half bath across from the top of the stairs.  And they cleverly put a half flight up to a small library, with a half flight down to the wine cellar beneath it.
