HAWAIIAN PARADISE
I love this house so much, I nearly bought it - until I remembered I don't have $42 million.
I like the outdoor covered walkways around the courtyard for getting fron one room to another. But what do you do during monsoon
season? Seems you're going to get a little drenched just checking on the laundry! Perhaps one day, someone will invent a coat that
repels rain. Or a brella that repels um. I like stepping right out to a beach when I'm on a short vacation. But for daily living,
I like that this 9.9 acre property is on a cliff, providing sunami protection. It has steps down to a ledge for jumping in and
swimming. Obviously this house isn't designed to be lived in. It's for a billionaire's bragging rights, to occassionally etertain
big clients, and to provide private resort income the rest of the time, to offset the investment. Still, it's fun to dream that
it's my home. Which presents me with a little problem. Where exactly to put the inflatable bouncy castle.
