	CASTLE PELES At the top of the stairs is the Honor Hall, whose ceiling soars up through all the rest of the floors of the castle, to a stained glass skylight, letting light pour in and illuminate the interior spaces of the palace.  I love how the upstairs library is suspended above the stairwell below.  The dark wood of the Honor Hall has tall arched openings on all four sides, and is completely surrounded by a white stone hallway, causing a singular 3 dimensional effect.  Built into the incline of a mountain, you can walk out the back of the castle's second floor, to a multi-terraced garden.
