Randwülf showed early musical ability by age 9, learning to play more than a dozen instruments in his youth.  By 12, his tutor was taking him to neighboring towns and schools to perform.  By age 14, he was performing annually at the Augustana College Choral Orchestra Festivals.  By age 15, he was a violist with the Saint Ambrose College Chamber Orchestra, and the Tri-City Youth Symphony Orchestra.  And by age 16, he was playing violin or viola in three separate symphonies, playing oboe in concert band, entering piano competitions, touring Europe, and  tutoring students barely younger than himself!

As a senior in high school, Randwülf was invited without audition to the prestigious Symphony School of America.  He performed alongside concertmasters of the New York Philharmonic, the Florida Symphony, Alabama Symphony, Jackson Symphony, and many other prominent musicians from major U.S. symphonies; as well as instructors and students with the Juilliard School of Music.  He was also a member of a theatre pit orchestra.  At age 18, he was presented with a Presidential Award for Academic Achievement, signed by the president of the United States, and remains the only student at his high school ever to be featured alone on the cover of his senior yearbook.

At University, Randwülf studied music under his mentor Richard von Grabow, played in the university symphony under the direction of Lawrence Burkhalter, was a violist for a Beethoven quartet supervised by cellist George Work, and studied pipe-organ with Lynn Zeigler.  The symphony performed some of Randwülf's compositions, and he founded The Electric String Torque-tet, and UFO (Underground Fidelity Orchestra).

Randwülf has produced four CD's of his own piano and ethereal music, reaching audiences in 13 countries around the world.  His songs have aired on the radio program "Music to Heal the Heart", and found an unexpected market in Japan's field of psychology!  Randwülf has also produced two CD's of alternative pop/rock music, with an extremely unique, mesmerizing, ethereal sound.  These tapestries of instrumentations, mixed with rather haunting vocal harmonies and lyrics, topped with unusual drum rhythms, are unlike anything any other artist is doing today!
